BUIO 500ml is a NEW 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil which embraces both innovation and tradition with excellent organoleptic and nutritional values with acidity level of less than 0,35%.

The first distinguishing feature of BUIO is that we are able to conserve the original qualities thanks to a unique production and storage process which takes place in complete absence of oxygen, thus guaranteeing an almost perfect CONSERVATION.

The second distinguishing feature is the PACKAGING, the dark, anti-UV shielded glass bottle evokes the original intentions of BUIO’s creators: protection from light. Furthermore the design is modern and minimalist which conveys a sense of mystery around this most precious of oils.

BUIO was born thanks to the collaboration between nine prominent olive mills lead by C.U.FR.OL. and scientific partners from the University of Perugia’s Agricultural Science Department. A unison between centuries’ old farming tradition, savoir-faire and passion and cutting-edge scientific knowledge to create this extraordinary oil: BUIO.
