LO SGOCCIOLATO 500ml

Lo Sgocciolato is a very precious 100% Italian single estate extra virgin olive oil, produced in limited quantities and extracted with the cold drip method from 100% Moraiolo olives which are handpicked from 25th October to 15th November. This extra virgin olive oil is extracted uniquely with the “Sinolea” machine, which manages to obtain oil without any production stress. During the process no pressure, centrifugation, or water is applied: the “Sinolea” contains a barrel in which is poured the olive paste. Here more than five thousand minute steel blades perforate the paste, and as these are extracted small drops of oil drip off and are collected. Such method is the best extraction process in order to obtain an extra virgin olive oil which bears the closest resemblance to the original olive fruit.
