The olive tree, with its twisted knotty trunk and its rich fruit is linked with the history of mankind and has been an eternal element of our landscape throughout the ages.

The silver green silhouette of the olive tree has dotted the Mediterranean, and in particular the Umbrian landscape, for the last two thousand years.

The company produces exclusively extra virgin olive oil cold extracted from 100% Italian olives. In particular it focuses on the production of P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) Umbrian extra virgin olive oils.

We guarantee high quality standards by means of the correct selection of the incoming oils and by meticulously processing the olives. The objective is also to minimise the ageing process (acidification, oxidation) of the oil. This is achieved by a combination of the choice of the terrain and variety of olive trees used up to the correct storage and packaging used. The terrain is preferablylimestone, rich in course materials, which is ideal to produce an oil rich in polyphenols.

The variety mainly used in Umbria is the Moraiolo olive tree, which has a small, but extremely aromatic fruit with a strong taste and rich in antioxidants.
