An EXTRAordinary generation for an EXTRAordinary olive oil.

A Family Tradition since 1639. Vittoria, Alessia and Andrea Gradassi’s daugher at the family’s olive mill in Campello sul Clitunno. Together with her cousins Costanza and Carlotta, Vittoria represents the newest generation of the Gradassi family.

Thinking of the generations to come, our olive farm planted over 7500 new olive trees last autumn. In turn, our main production facility is run on 70% in house generated renewable energy.

A small drop in the ocean, however we firmly believe that every small action counts.
